Position SummaryBusiness Development Representative – OneTrustAs a Business Development Representative you will generate and qualify new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers in targeted accounts and supporting the sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesReach out to target accounts in assigned territory and qualify inbound leads into sales opportunities.Take primary ownership of named account strategy and communicate with all decision‑makers (C‑level, SVP, VP, Director, etc.).Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, deliver presentations, and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.Demonstrate knowledge of OneTrust's full suite of offerings and make appropriate recommendations to prospects.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals.QualificationsAt least 1–3 years of sales experience.Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications) or equivalent experience.Track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.Fluency in Italian and Spanish.Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Coachable and eager to learn.Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.Cold‑call experience is a plus.CompensationBase pay range (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, NewYork, Rhode Island, Washington): $25.24 – $28.85USD per hour.
