A leading internationallaw firm is seeking a Trademark & Copyright Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing national and international brands on trademark, copyright, advertising, marketing, licensing, and intellectual property portfolio matters.
Ideal Background
• 3-6 years of trademark, copyright, and intellectual property experience
• Experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management
• Experience handling copyright counseling, registration, licensing, and enforcement matters
• Experience drafting and negotiating license agreements, coexistence agreements, settlement agreements, and related IP agreements
• Experience advising clients on branding, advertising, marketing, and social media issues is a plus
• Experience with trademark disputes, TTAB proceedings, or IP litigation support is preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
