The biotechnology advisor/agent/associate will prepare and prosecute patent applications for clients in the biotechnology industry, including corporations, universities, and research institutions.This position will perform tasks related to patent prosecution, including:drafting patent applications,preparing responses to office actions,arranging for patentability, infringement, and validity searches, andportfolio management.Must be a registered patent agent or have 2+ years of experience in patent drafting.Advanced degree (PhD) in immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related area is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
