Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Management Co‑op to support mechanical and electrical engineering projects in the aerospace sector. In this role, you will assist project managers in designing electric propulsion systems for battery‑powered aircraft, helping to drive the transition to net‑zero carbon flight by 2050.Key Responsibilities Assist project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate resources, equipment, and information to support project activities.Assist in budget tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation.Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.Support project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and technical reports.Assist in conducting technical reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project management processes and practices.Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong academic background with coursework in project management or related disciplines.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI).Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.Prior internship or co‑op experience in project management or engineering is a plus.Benefits Gain practical experience in project management within the mechanical and electrical engineering fields.
