ServiceNow Junior Tester Atlanta, GA Full Time Years Of Experience - 6+ Years - We are seeking a motivated Junior Tester to join our ServiceNow team, focusing on testing catalog automation workflows.
- The ideal candidate will work alongside developers and analysts to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of the ServiceNow catalog automation processes.
- Key Responsibilities: • Execute test cases for ServiceNow catalog automation workflows, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in catalog automation workflows.
- Work closely with developers and analysts to understand requirements and contribute to test planning.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on ServiceNow catalog items.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports.
- Assist in creating and updating test scripts for catalog automation testing.
- Assist customer in conducting UAT.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow functionality, particularly the Service Catalog module.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect management processes.
