Job Title: EDI AnalystJob ID: 2024-12923Job Location: Atlanta , GAJob Travel Location(s):# Positions: 1Employment Type: W2Duration: Long Term# of Layers:0Work Eligibility:All Work Authorizations are Permitted – No Visa TransfersKey Technology:ANSI 837, 834, and 997 EDI Formats, SQL, MS Office,Job Responsibilities:Perform system monitoring as documentedResolve “stuck in process” filesNotify trading partners when files are badly flawed and cannot be processedResolve, when possible rejected EDI records, or contact the trading partners in instances where the reject cannot be fixedNotify trading partners of repeated errors in EDI files so they can be corrected on the customer's end instead of vendor manually fixing the issues when rejections occurEnsure Trak-IT and the underlying Data IO data is kept clean and accurately reflects file processing statusIdentify and resolve hung processes or elevate if the issue needs more expertiseResolve other process issues related to the processing, moving and loading of EDI files or elevate if the issue needs more expertisePerform special file related requestsComplete and send monitoring notificationsEnsure any email communication found in the IT Operations mailbox is appropriately acted upon or directed to the proper party for actionMonitor the IT Data IO task queue and either act on tasks or assign to the appropriate party for actionPerform claim implementation work; support business and clients from kick-off to live production claim cycleMonitor processing reports and contact trading partners or raise internally as appropriate to ensure late files are acted upon in a timely mannerMonitor assigned task queues and address or assign tasks as appropriatePerform enrollment implementationsPerform network provider data implementationsResolve or report data loading errorsPerform Sunday/weekend process checksOther duties as requiredSkills and Experience Required:Required:Competent with Microsoft OfficeCompetent with T-SQL – Write and safely execute SQL queriesCompetent with SQL Server Management StudioMust have experience with problem solving in a batch-oriented data exchange arenaExperience with ANSI 837, 834, and 997 EDI formats requiredAnalyze and troubleshoot ANSI X12 file structureAnalyze and troubleshoot flat file and other proprietary file structureUnderstand file encryption conceptsPost and retrieve files from FTP sitesDesired :-Experience in a HIPPA compliance environmentExperience with PGPExperience with FTP#J-18808-Ljbffr
