Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Atlanta, GA (5 days office)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Intermediate UI/UX Designer specializing in mobile-native design to join our product team. The ideal candidate has experience designing intuitive and visually appealing mobile apps, translating business and user needs into engaging user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
Design intuitive, consistent, and accessible user interfaces for native mobile apps (iOS
Android).
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
Ensure design consistency with platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Google Material Design).
Partner with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
Apply accessibility and responsive design best practices.
Contribute to and maintain a design system and component library for mobile.
Required Skills
Experience:
2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong focus on mobile-native applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
Experience in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with developers to bridge design and implementation.
Knowledge of accessibility standards for mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile design work (iOS/Android).
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion design/micro-interactions for mobile.
Familiarity with tools for usability testing and analytics (Maze, Lookback, Hotjar, etc.).
Understanding of information architecture for multi-feature mobile apps.
Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing applications.
