What You'll Do: - Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For: - Active RN or LPN license (in good standing)
- Availability to work weekends (Fri Sat Sun, Sat Sun Mon, Sat Sun)
- Willingness to travel between patient locations
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
