What You'll Do - Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and personal style
- Recommend salon services, treatments, and products tailored to each guest
- Pre-book appointments and promote future services to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing education
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and inspiring salon environment
What We're Looking For - Valid cosmetology license (or pending license, if newly graduated)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for continued education and professional growth
- Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a professional appearance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

commission-based pay structure plus tips, with earning potential that grows with your experience and client demand.
