About the Company
Our client is a German manufacturer of warehouse automation machinery. They have a small warehouse in Marietta, GA that stores spare parts and are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage the inventory.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving
- Unloading & Loading of shipments, checking for damages and verifying amounts, properly packaging and securing orders for shipping.
- Picking shipping of stock parts.
- Inventory Management
- Organizing and managing stock inventory, reordering stock, and regular inventory counts are needed.
- Equipment Operation
- Safely operating machinery such as forklifts, hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Should be comfortable driving the company truck to the ATL airport for cargo pickups.
- Fleet Maintenance
- Responsible for keeping the company vehicles up-to-date with maintenance, DOT and emissions certifications.
- Safety & Maintenance
- Following Safety regulations (OSHA), Maintain a clean and organized workspace and document activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely to prevent damage or errors.
- Ability to use common hand tools and circular saw, hack saw, cordless drill for modifying/building crates if needed.
- Experience with inventory software (Sage 300) is preferred but not a must, and basic Microsoft knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
- 2 years of Warehouse experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is generally required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available for this position.
Required Skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory software (Sage 300).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
