Required Experience & Qualifications: - Current and unrestricted RN license
- Experience in stepdown, progressive, or intermediate care units
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement complex care plans
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver direct nursing care to stepdown patients, monitoring for rapid clinical changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and utilize advanced monitoring equipment
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
