The Painter will be responsible for painting operations in the facility, including surface prep, priming, and finishing of sign components using spray equipment and other tools. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys a collaborative shop environment. Painter Job Duties:Perform all painting tasks including sanding, priming, mixing paint, and applying finish coats to various substrates such as aluminum, acrylic, and metal. Use spray equipment (HVLP, airless, or other systems) to achieve professional-grade finishes. Ensure proper surface preparation and masking prior to painting. Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and painting area. Safety: Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
