Support the success of The Herbal Reset, a community wellness event blending mental health education, herbal practices, and connection. Volunteers help keep the day running smoothly, support vendors and attendees, and create an inviting and organized environment.
What Volunteers Will Do:
Volunteers will assist with a variety of event tasks, including but not limited to:
Event Setup & Logistics
- Help with early setup: tables, chairs, signage, décor, registration area
- Make sure vendor spaces are ready before guests arrive
Check-In & Guest Welcome
- Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to registration
- Support smooth check-in and ticket scanning
- Answer basic event questions and help attendees navigate the schedule
Vendor Support & Engagement
- Assist vendors with setup questions and table logistics
- Help ensure vendors stay engaged with attendees during all event segments
Crowd & Flow Management
- Gently guide guests between spaces (main sessions, vendor area, rest area)
- Support positive flow so attendees always know where to go next
Raffle + Testimonial Area Assistance
- Collect and help organize raffle entries
- Support the testimonial area with line management and comfort support for participants
Clean-Up & Close-Out
- Help with teardown at the end of the event: packing supplies, clearing tables, returning rentals
Skills / Qualities Needed:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable engaging with attendees and vendors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow volunteer guidelines
- Comfortable standing and moving around during event hours
Time Commitment:
Volunteers should plan to be available from 10:30am through event close (~3:30 PM).
