Window Washing Technician – Direct Hire - Pay Rate: $18 per hour+ Large Commission Opportunities

Job Overview We are hiring Window Washing Technicians for direct-hire positions. This role is
primarily focused on residential window cleaning, with occasional work at heights of
up to a third-story or fourth story level. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and earning commission on top of hourly pay.
What You' ll Do - Clean residential and occasional commercial windows
- Use ladders, lifts, and window cleaning equipment safely
- Provide professional, friendly service to customers
- travel to multiple job sites
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements - Must pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working at heights (up to second story)
- Ability to safely use ladders and related equipment
- Physically able to perform repetitive and active work
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Customer-service mindset
Highly Preferred (Not Required) - Previous window washing or exterior cleaning experience
- Experience in residential services or customer-facing roles
