Life University is looking for an encouraging and driven individual to serve as a Graduate Assistant of Women's Lacrosse. This individual will be responsible for assisting the team by helping plan practices and team travel, collaborate on community service and fundraising opportunities, strong willingness to enhance culture and team building, and assist with recruiting and academic oversight of the student athletes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with any coaching needs at all practices
- Manage team gear inventory
- Confer with head coach with strategic planning and practice sessions
- Assist with recruiting operations
- Oversee pregame operations
- Film breakdown and social media oversight
Requirements - Must be enrolled in a graduate program at LIFE University
- Collegiate lacrosse experience and/or coaching experience
- Must be available for all practices and competitions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Able to lift 25+ pounds
