Who you are
We're seeking an exceptional Senior M365 Copilot Integrations Engineer to design and deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This high-visibility, client-facing role focuses on seamlessly developing integrations in Microsoft 365 Copilot and third-party systems, and transforming how organizations harness AI to enhance their daily workflows and business outcomes.
What You'll do
- Build and maintain back-end integrations between internal systems and Microsoft Copilot.
- Write code, develop custom MCP servers, and handle both Microsoft and non-Microsoft data source connections.
- Own the technical execution of the integrations effort and adapt as requirements evolve in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Technical Requirements
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript/JavaScript with 5+ years of hands-on development experience
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API, and SharePoint Online integration patterns
- MCP Server Development: Experience building and deploying custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for AI agent integrations
- API Integration: Strong background in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/MSAL authentication, and webhook implementations
- Database Technologies: Working knowledge of SQL Server, CosmosDB, or other enterprise database systems
- Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work through technical ambiguity and complex integration challenges without heavy direction
Nice to Have's
- Experience successfully integrating non-Microsoft tools and platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) into the Microsoft ecosystem
- Background developing AI/LLM-powered applications in enterprise environments with measurable business impact
- Proficiency with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and other cloud-native solutions
- Enterprise Architecture: Understanding of microservices patterns, event-driven architecture, and scalable system design
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, data governance, and compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR)
- Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Application Insights, Log Analytics, and performance optimization techniques
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
