Job Title: Site Security - World Cup Fan Fair
Location: Georgia World Congress Center and surrounding venues
Our operation uses a standardized 24‑hour shift model consisting of:

1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
-
3rd shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
This position is for the World Cup Fan Fair, and applicants should be available to work within this shift structure.

Job Summary:
The Checkpoint Security Officer provides for the safety and security of client property and
personnel by following the client’s post orders and Andy Frain policy while maintaining a
professional image and security presence and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with client and/or Andy Frain policies and procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location but will typically include the following:

Controls access to client property as required, monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unapproved entry.

Screens personnel and/or property to detect prohibited items (e.g., weapons, contraband) and prevent their entry onto client property. Utilizes checkpoint equipment (x‑ray, walkthrough metal detector, hand‑held metal detector, explosive trace detector) and/or procedures (bag checks, pat‑downs, physical inspections).

Patrols client property on foot; deters theft or vandalism; checks for unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized persons.

Provides excellent customer service, ensuring courteous, respectful, and pleasant interactions with each client employee and visitor. Maintains a professional image and represents both the client and Andy Frain positively.

Responds to accidents, conditions, emergencies, or incidents in accordance with established procedures and/or training or certification. Assists as required, protects evidence, and provides direction or information to others.

Prepares logs or reports as required, documenting accidents, activities, incidents, and observations. Writes, types, or enters information on paper or in a computer using standard grammar and punctuation.

Ensures enforcement of all client policies, preserving order and enforcing regulations regarding personnel, visitors, premises, and property.

Provides escorts for materials and/or individuals as required.

Performs other similar tasks as required by circumstances or post orders.

Minimum Qualifications
The following are the minimum qualifications for this position. Additional qualifications may be specified and may receive preference depending on the nature of the assignment:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Must possess a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Must have a reliable means of communication (e.g., phone).

Must have reliable transportation (public or private).
-
Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with state and federal laws and guidelines.

Law enforcement, security, or military experience is preferred.
