Job Description
The FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program, will partner with on-set crews and Project Coordinators toprepsamples for video shoots. Samples will be received from our photo studios, fulfillment centers, and from thesalesflooras Store Inventory Pulls. The Flex Assistant Stylist will own the receiving and preparation of allproductin coordination with weekly shoot schedules and product volume. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may berequired. Travel between store locations may berequired.
Detailed preparation of samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, removingtags& censors.Ensure all product is prepped in time for the assigned filming shift.Steaming skillsrequired
• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerceassistingexperience
• Skilled in building andmaintainingpositive working relationships
• Strong attention to detail,organizationand time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Demonstratedunderstanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and high ethical standards
•Proficiencywith knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible, and able to respondimmediatelyto business changes and priorities.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

$18.50 - $28.00 HourlyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k,
