Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or similar specialty
- Current and valid AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Phase I PACU care
- Prior work in a hospital or surgical center
- Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
- At least 2 years' experience in PACU or related specialty
Other Requirements:
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius; preference given to out-of-area applicants willing to relocate or travel
- Availability to work scheduled hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- The position is a 13-week assignment
- Location: Phase I PACU (not Phase II as listed in department)
- Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable
- Must commence employment effective 04/13/2026
