Somewhere in the Southeast right now, a food processor is replacing a cracked wooden crate for the third time this year. A recycler is watching a cardboard bin collapse under the weight of the job. A farm is losing product because its containers can't take the heat, the forklifts, or the season.

They don't know it yet, but they need you.

Dolav USA is the U.S. arm of Dolav Plastic Products, a global manufacturer of rugged plastic bulk containers and pallet boxes built to take a beating and keep going. We're looking for a Southeast Regional Sales Representative to own a seven-state territory: Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. You'll grow it like it's your own business.

This role is for you if...

You've got real sales experience and you still get a kick out of learning something new. You'd rather walk a plant floor than sit through another video call. You set your own alarm, plan your own week, and hit your own numbers without anyone checking in. And the words "your territory, your strategy" make you lean in, not break into a sweat.

What you'll actually do

You'll get out in the field, meeting customers where the work happens. That means food processing plants, warehouses, recycling operations, and farms. You'll assess their operations, demonstrate our products, and solve problems they've been living with for years. You'll prospect for new business, grow the accounts you already have, and partner with dealers and distributors across the region. You'll build quotes, negotiate deals, and keep your pipeline and forecasts sharp in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Along the way, you'll work with teammates here in the U.S. and with our global colleagues. You'll also represent Dolav USA at trade shows and industry events.

What you bring

At least two years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with a track record of meeting or beating targets
Experience working with dealer networks and customers
Strong communication and presentation skills, plus comfort in Microsoft Office
The organization and discipline to run a remote territory independently
A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurer's standards

Bonus points for

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience with SAP Business One or a CRM platform
A background selling material handling, packaging, or industrial products
Knowledge of food processing, produce, dairy, seafood, agriculture, or recycling in the Southeast

The logistics

You'll live within the Southeast territory and within an hour of a commercial airport. Expect to travel up to 50 percent of the time within the territory, plus occasional trips for company meetings, trade shows, and training. When you're not on the road, you'll work from your home office.
