OverviewExperience is required in complex product liability, mass tort, class action, or other high-stakes litigation.Candidates should have experience across multiple phases of litigation, including case management, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.Strong academic credentials are required, specifically placement in the top 20% of class at a first-tier law school.Trial experience or a judicial clerkship is preferred.The Mass Tort and Product Liability group defends manufacturers, retailers, and self-insured companies in sophisticated, high-exposure matters across state and federal trial and appellate courts.The team serves as national coordinating counsel and lead trial counsel across multiple jurisdictions, handling matters from early case evaluation and venue strategy through expert development, bellwether selection, trial, and appeal.The group's work spans consumer products, industrial equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, e-cigarettes, chemicals, and other products involving complex scientific and technical issues.The position offers the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility, develop client relationships, and build a long-term career toward equity partnership within a thriving practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
