We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Angel Companions in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As a CNA with our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide compassion and care to our clients in their homes, with a focus on meeting their unique needs and preferences
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to our nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
- Collaborate with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients and their families
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
