Communicate effectively with clients.Supervise and mentor associates.Collaborate with experts on disputes.Assist with fact development and depositions.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Develop comprehensive case strategies.Requirements
Minimum of 8 years' experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes.Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.Skills
