You do not need previous recruiting experience—we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, competitive, organized, and comfortable talking with people.As a Recruiting Associate, you will work closely with our recruiting team to identify, engage, screen, and build relationships with candidates for positions throughout the United States.What You'll DoSource and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsRecruit candidates for Accounting, Finance, HR, and Operations positionsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines, particularly within the Dallas/Fort Worth marketConduct initial candidate outreach, phone screens, and qualification callsLearn how to evaluate resumes and identify candidates who align with specific client requirementsDevelop relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting processCoordinate interviews and assist with the overall candidate experienceWork closely with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs and search strategiesResearch companies, industries, and potential candidates to support recruiting effortsMaintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our systemsHelp grow Pegasus Staffing Partners' candidate network and presence in the Dallas marketTake on increasing responsibility as you develop your recruiting skills and industry knowledgeWhat We're Looking ForRecent college graduate or someone early in their professional careerBachelor's degree preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident and comfortable speaking with new peopleHighly motivated and competitive with a strong desire to succeedOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesPositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detailComfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and technologySelf-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPrevious sales, recruiting, customer service, internship, or leadership experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Pegasus?This is more than an entry-level recruiting position.
