This position is particularly well suited for someone who understands the accounting nuances of retail properties and can confidently handle CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review CAM reconciliationsHandle real estate tax and insurance reconciliationsMaintain property-level accounting and financial recordsSupport month-end reporting and account reconciliationsWork with accounting and property management information in YardiAssist with financial analysis and reporting across the portfolioServe as a key accounting resource to company leadershipWhat They're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience.
