What We're Looking For: - Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure to 1/32 inch
- Ability to read written instructions and follow verbal directions
- Experience safely using hand tools and drill guns
- Ability to operate a hand pallet jack and/or motorized pallet jack
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Flexibility to work in multiple production areas
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred
What You'll Do as a Door Fabricator / Door Assembly Associate: - Read and follow specification documents and work instructions
- Fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum doors and related products
- Operate hand tools, drill guns, and production equipment
- Inspect aluminum components for quality defects
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
