Duties include:Oversee daily accounting activities including A/R, A/P and Cash Flow for all propertiesSetup accounting for new propertiesProcess management fees and expense reimbursementsCreate annual budgets for each property under managementPrepare and manage monthly financial reporting for a portfolio of properties under managementMonthly closing of books in accrual based accountingAccount reconciliation and analysisHandle and prepare complex journal entries (acquisition, refinancing and disposition)Prepare 1099 list for tax accountantAnnual year-end audits (prepare schedules for properties)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting3+ years experienceCPA or CPA Candidate is a plusa base in public accounting is a plus
