REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm , is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice group . This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate practice handling complex transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance on a national platform .The successful candidate will support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents . Responsibilities include managing due diligence processes, coordinating and overseeing transaction closings, collaborating directly with clients to understand business objectives, and providing strategic legal guidance .
