The electrical advisor/agent/associate will prepare and prosecute patent applications for clients, including corporations, universities, and research institutions.This position will perform tasks related to patent prosecution, including:drafting patent applications,preparing responses to office actions, andarranging for patentability, infringement, and validity searches.Must have at least three years of experience in patent prosecution. Must hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics or optics. Advanced writing, communication and research skills are required.
