We are seeking a mid-level associate to join an AM Law 100 firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a range of M&A matters, including oversight of due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing closings as well as post-closing work. Strong knowledge of general corporate law is required, along with experience in joint ventures and commercial contracts. Experience at an Am Law 100 firm is preferred.Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted or eligible for admission to practice in Georgia. The role requires strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to client service.
