Schedule
- Weekends: Typically every other weekend (approximately 6 weekend shifts per contract)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
- GA or compact RN license required at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience managing continuous IV medications required: amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, nitroglycerin, insulin, diuretics (Bumex, Lasix), anticoagulants (Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical/telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, including arrhythmias and hemodynamic status
- Administer IV medications and manage IV therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management strategies
Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 36 hours (modules non-billable; no billable hours during onboarding determined by contract length)
- Document deadline: All compliance documents due by the Tuesday prior to start
- Call: Rare; 2-hour response time when called
- Holiday coverage: Expected to work major holidays as outlined in the contract
