Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to get to the root of client concerns, developing tailored treatment plans based on solution-focused and evidence-based practices.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address the unique needs of individuals.
- Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in weekly case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance care strategies.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, helping them to develop coping strategies and support systems.
- Stay current on the latest research and trends in mental health to continuously improve treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will engage with a wide array of clients from different backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Our patient population includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating their healing journey and improving their overall well-being.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, with a focus on psychotherapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with peers.
- A commitment to continuing education and staying updated on best practices in mental health.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in outpatient clinical settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Previous involvement in crisis management or treatment of severe mental health disorders.
- Experience conducting group therapy sessions and workshops.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
