Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gauge patients' mental health status, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-based practices that promote meaningful progress toward client goals.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients on their journey to wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, for coordinated patient care.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to optimize care strategies based on shared knowledge.

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
