Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Covington, GA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week and an expectation of up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient education and promote wellness strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
