Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Schedule varies from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the maternity specialty. As a part of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care for mothers and their newborns.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns in the maternity unit.
- Assist with breastfeeding and newborn care education.
- Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and their babies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the maternity specialty.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Current NRP certification.
Holiday Requirements MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
