Job Description Registered Nurse - Operating RoomSchedule 12hr Days, 645 AM - 1915 PM, Varies, Days
Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 16
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Operating Room specialty
- Required AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastics surgery
- Ability to scrub and circulate
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients
- Assist with surgical procedures by scrubbing and circulating
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status
- Educate patients and families regarding postoperative care
Compliance / Notes MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
