Job Description Registered Nurse - MaternitySchedule 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, schedule varies.
Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in maternity nursing
- Active AHA BLS certification
- NRP certification required
Responsibilities- Provide care to mothers and newborns during the perinatal period
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and wellness
- Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies
Compliance / Notes MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
