Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Roswell & Canton clinics on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with physicians and clinical teamsto deliver specialized spine and pain management care while ensuring a positive and supportive patient experience. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
- Optional Tuesday–Friday (4-day) schedule for full-time team members
- One administrative day required each week (full-time only)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for assigned patients using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes in symptoms or behaviors to the appropriate provider
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and accurately document patient encounters and progress notes
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their family members throughout the care process
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with patients and families
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical equipment preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compensation & Additional Benefits
- $10/hour differential when traveling outside of your assigned region
- Lodging provided for assignments requiring travel beyond 3 hours
