Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join the in-house legal department of a large, well-respected corporate employer in Atlanta.This is a hands-on role managing commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing . You'll serve as a key point of contact throughout the transaction, working closely with attorneys, title companies, and internal business teams while managing approximately 25–30 active contracts.If you're ready to ditch the billable hours and move in-house, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-visibility legal team with strong work/life balance and a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 remote).What You'll Do: Manage CRE transactions from contract through closing and post-closingDraft closing documents, amendments, easements, objection letters, and related documents using established templatesReview title commitments, surveys, plats, leases, contracts, and other due diligence materialsAbstract contracts and track critical dates, deadlines, and transaction requirementsCoordinate directly with title companies to clear requirements and prepare for closingsMaintain transaction files and closing bindersPartner with Corporate Counsel and internal real estate, construction, engineering, environmental, and licensing teamsProvide transaction updates and confidently communicate with stakeholders across the organizationWhat We're Looking For: 4+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentHands-on experience with CRE transactions, closings, title review, and document draftingStrong organization and deadline-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active transactionsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelDegree from an accredited college or university requiredParalegal certification and iManage experience are plusesConnect Staffing, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state or local law.
