Charge Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery Center

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical services, training staff, and ensuring the ASC operates smoothly. Daily Responsibilities:
- Direct, staff, train, plan, organize, and delegate clinical services in the ASC daily.
- Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures in accordance with policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation status.
- Collaborate with providers to select, train, and develop staff members.
- Establish a culture of teamwork among ASC staff and providers.
Required Skills:
- Experience in ALL areas of Ambulatory Surgical Center and Care.
- Knowledge of Pain Management or Orthopedic procedures.
- Care Planning and Medication Administration skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associates.
- Ability to travel to All locations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
