OverviewThe role involves defending professional liability claims, specifically those involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.The Professional Liability Practice represents a diverse range of clients, including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA).While professional liability experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in attorneys with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law.This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
