The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing for trials. This role involves close collaboration with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.Duties Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort cases.Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.Identify and develop liability and damages proof.Assess and recommend appropriate venues and jurisdictions for filing.Support settlement and resolution efforts.Requirements Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Professional judgment and discretion.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.Education JD required.Certifications Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.Skills Experience with complex litigation preferred.Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.Benefits Medical and dental insurance.401(k) plan.Paid time off and paid holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
