This position may require you to be cross-trained with other positions across the department during busier times of the year.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Completes petty cash audits for signature authority.Audits meal plan payments regularly.Initiates DrillDown reviews for approval.Reviews all purchase and revenue transactions department wide.Analyzes financial statements for errors, to be brought to management's attention.Completes change order requests in a timely fashion, in accordance with University policies and procedures.Assists with budget amendments as needed.Reviews contracts and renewals for signature authority.Reconciles deposits for department as needed, in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator.Reconciles and posts transactions to the General Ledger.Maintains accurate filing systems.Provides customer and cashier services.Utilizes POS systems to accurately record all dining sales.Monitors compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the University, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.Performs other related duties as assigned.Disclaimer: This job requisition provides a high-level job definition.
