Job Description X-Ray TechnicianAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Description We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician comfortable working in the Emergency Department, inpatient areas, and with portable X-ray equipment. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn pediatric and neonatal imaging techniques.
Responsibilities- Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Evaluate imaging for technical quality.
- Float to different departments as needed.
- Work with students and perform competency check-offs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- Minimum of 1 year of level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- ARRT certification.
- Graduation from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program.
- Must pass mask fit test.
