Pricing Expert (Earnix)Job LocationSan Antonio, TXAtlanta, GAChicago, ILNew York, NYRole OverviewWe are currently looking to bring onboard experienced pricing actuarial professionals who have been part of an insurer's pricing operating model and preferably on their modernization journey. The specialist will work autonomously within a small team to shape the future of the pricing process through the implementation of scalable and standardised pricing tools such as Earnix.Required SkillsMust have actuarial credentials (ACAS) or be in the stages of completing the credentialsStrong P&C insurance pricing experience, minimum 5 yearsHave worked directly with insurance companiesProduct pricing knowledge across multiple product lines – property, casualty across personal /commercial linesKnowledge and experience of developing pricing models and methodologies for model scalingReviewing and designing pricing models, methodologies and approaches with a view to streamlining and consolidatingWorked with rate making process that has been deployed across multiple states, with a focus on:Filing rate change and consideration of new rating variablesMaintaining model consistency when deploying and updating for all usersCentralised capture of pricing input and output data for portfolio analysisImproving operational efficiency associated with pricingMust Have SkillsExperience with pricing models, rate order of calculation structuresTool implementation and experience such as Earnix, Radar, Guidewire rating engineUse of statistical tools/ modelling languages – SAS, SQL, R, Python, Excel with @Risk etcUse of PAS administration integration with rating engineSoft SkillsAbility to work with business stakeholders along with IT and data management leadersAble to present recommendations for review and approval to senior managementAbility to build relationships and work with underwriters, actuarial teams and pricing colleaguesSelf‑starter and able to identify new ways of workingCompensation RangeThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110,841 to 145,000.BenefitsPaid time off based on employee grade (A‑F): Vacation 12‑25 days, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick LeaveMedical, dental, and vision coverage (or provincial healthcare coordination in Canada)Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k) in the U.S., RRSP in Canada)Life and disability insuranceEmployee assistance programsOther benefits as provided by local policy and eligibilityImportant NoticeCompensation (including bonuses, commissions, or other forms of incentive pay) is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements and is subject to Capgemini's discretion, consistent with applicable laws.
