Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$45.00/hr - $50.00/hrDirect message the job poster from WiverseRequired to be onsite on Tuesdays & Thursdays weeklyKey Responsibilities Prepares audit report findings, outlines discrepancies, and recommends corrective actionResearch assets and locate corresponding purchase invoices using OracleMaintain tax records and information used in tax audits; Reconcile tax returns to payments and payments to GLGather information requested in auditsAssist with special projects and company initiativesResolve tax issues for internal and external clientsExecute on strategic initiative and have a strong ability to analyze dataSupport exemption certificate requests for purchases made by Cox and affiliatesResearch tax issues using various tools such as CCH, RIA, etc.Collaborate with team members to proactively drive change including identifying and implementing ideas for process improvement/value-added opportunitiesMonitor changes in regulations and other aspects of tax policyResponsible for audit support (sales/use tax and regulatory fees). Responsible for running reports and reconciling transaction data to sales and use tax returns; investigate and analyze audit workpapers.
