Position Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented After-Sales Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our service operations by managing spare parts orders, coordinating inland logistics and trade show transport, handling customer inquiries, and triaging technical support requests.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy providing top-tier customer and operational support, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities - Spare Parts Management & Quotations: Prepare and issue quotes for spare parts, communicate pricing and terms with clients, coordinate with overseas manufacturing suppliers, and oversee order processing from entry to fulfillment.
- Inventory Coordination: Partner with the Service Manager to track spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment to support seamless service operations.
- Logistics & Transportation: Organize and manage inland ground transportation for service deliverables, as well as coordinate shipping and logistics for industry trade shows and exhibitions.
- Service Operations & Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate service documentation, including transport records, service reports, and client correspondence.
- Customer Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for the After-Sales department, addressing inquiries, providing order status updates, and delivering high-quality customer care.
- Technical Support Triage: Answer incoming technical support calls, log detailed ticket information into the CRM system, and route inquiries to technical staff for quick resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service, operations, or logistics support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and hands-on experience using CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization & Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to manage high-volume email traffic and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Teamwork: A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments.
Work Environment & Schedule - Location: On-site at our office in Doraville, GA 30340.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role). Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and available to work on-site daily.
