Schedule:
- Evening shift: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
- Monday through Friday (No weekends)
Desired Qualifications: - Certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
- Experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Specimen Processing, and Blood Bank
- Exposure to Microbiology (when designated)
- Familiarity with Meditech laboratory information systems is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- No phlebotomy required for this position
Primary Responsibilities: - Accurately perform laboratory testing and analyses across core disciplines, ensuring quality and reliability of results
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to established protocols
- Carefully document and report findings to support effective patient care decisions
- Ensure the integrity and proper handling of specimens during processing
- Uphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards in accordance with laboratory and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with other lab professionals and healthcare providers as needed
