Atrium is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a Cost Accounting Manager, Inventory Control . This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, partnering with operations, and using data to drive better business decisions.You'll lead inventory control initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations while working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Cost Accounting to improve inventory accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and support financial reporting.What You'll Do Lead inventory control and governance across manufacturing and distribution operationsImprove inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and variance analysisDevelop inventory reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that help leaders make informed business decisionsPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Cost Accounting to improve inventory processes and reduce riskSupport month-end close, inventory valuation, standard costing, and inventory reserve activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and increase efficiencyHelp enhance ERP and inventory system capabilities while promoting best practices across the organizationWhat We\'re Looking For 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, manufacturing finance, or supply chain financeManufacturing experience is requiredStrong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and internal controlsExperience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systemsLeadership experience with a proven ability to work cross-functionalBachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)Why This Opportunity?
