Position Highlights
- Float Pool assignment across all PCU/IMCU units
- Patient ratio: 1:3–4
- Fast-paced, high-acuity cardiac care environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized acute care facility
- Experience managing cardiac drips, including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Vasopressors
- BLS & ACLS required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Float experience preferred
- Minimal RTO accepted
